Really happy to see. I have been using Deno for a project and I have really enjoyed it. It solves all of the annoyances of Node for me.

Yeah but Deno doesn’t require package.json or anything like that. Seems sort of redundant.

Parasitoid Wasps are an interesting animal. My favorite are Tarantula Hawks. We have a species in Florida despite not having Tarantulas.

If Bun gets more popular, which it seems to be, it will probably draw away a lot of people who are currently using Deno.

Of course, but as far as general purpose runtimes go your options currently are pretty much Node, Deno, and QuickJs. Most of the other ones are for niche things like IoT or embedded systems.

Well I guess Deno is dead in the water then. I have a feeling we are going to have like 10 competing JS runtimes by the end of the year.

Audiophiles are funny. I remember seeing some guy on the internet was selling expensive “sound crystals” that you would put near your stereo that would make the sound “warmer” or “clearer”.

“On purpose” probably wasn’t the right wording. What I mean is that sometimes it will give an answer that is obviously wrong, like 2+2=5. Seems like that would be hard to catch if you’re doing something complicated.
