Couldn't it be that people don't want to commute to places anymore for hours every day? So they don't take those jobs where they have to suffer anymore. I read several article about how people realized during covid that they

I'm 45 and I was out meeting friends, going to restaurants, shopping through the entire pandemic. No mask of course either. Met my friends as usual. Actually was a very nice year, because we could work remotely. No open offices was ama

Reddit had downvotes which means every thread is full of people agreeing with eachother. Creates an echo chamber. People don't want to get downvoted so they eventually stop posting. It's great for creating perception bubbles. Ever

Exactly. I'm happy to see comments like yours. He gave Linux to the world for free and made sure it couldn't be turned into a corporate product. The guy is as close to a hero as we get in tech.

You are correct of course. I'm just really tired of seeing Google act like we have options when it comes to privacy.

I think the problem is that money runs the world, so rich people run the world. What can we do about that without abolishing capitalism? It's a hard question to answer. Almost always, rich people are evil and don't care about othe

Wish I could upvote this a hundred times. People seem to be under a spell to look up to these billionaires who couldn't care less about them, and who is consistently abusing them.

America is following the same path. Massive censorship on all social platforms about vaccine damage, and only positive information about the vaccine in the mass media. I think this vaccination will be similar to chernobyl when looking back.

I don't know how to put this in a polite way... Let's just say your brain seems to have gotten too much TV entertainment. These billionaires made many billions on covid, while you got a 1400 dollar check so you could survive. Thes

I agree about 5g but being against the new vaccines makes a lot of sense. Lots of evidence to support the serious side effects. People are adviced to not exercise after taking the vaccine due to deadly blood clots forming.

Swedish government asked Google to remove YouTube news channels that was critical of the Swedish state owned media, and Google did. I think we are way past the illusion of democracy and governments protecting their people at this point.

Acts of terror and pandemics are not just "happening" by chance. It's an intentional effort to change society to one with no privacy and around the clock automatic surveillance of everybody (facial recognition, AI, robotics).
