the entire git page is also clearly generated by Claude or ChatGPT. The headers and the emojis in tables give it away.

I think because so many blogs, resources, textbooks etc focus on scale, developers are biased into thinking that they need to build for scale. Which is wrong a lot of the time! You need to build what is needed. If only 10 people use your pr

There's more money to be made right now in selling courses than actually using the LLM well. So these guys pretend that they found all these ways to make agents, and they market it and people buy the course

Why didn't the author sue? Feels like this is a case where if what he says is true then that's what litigation is for, no?

But even with AG-UI,CopilotKit is a paid service. Everyone's trying to do vendor lock in, it's really annoying. They make the dev experience worse and you have to pay for it? It's like every langcrap service out there

but you could. For that example, you could just use a much cheaper model since it's not that complicated a question, and just pass the entire article. Just use gemini flash for example. Models will only get cheaper and context windows

Yeah 100% Almost all tool calls would result in rag. Rag is dead just means rolling out your own search and manually injecting results into context is dead (just use tools). It means the chunking techniques are dead.

I saw a coworker using chatGPT the other day - they were in marketing, and trying to access a dashboard. One of the filters used a list of IDs, sperated by commas. I watched as she repeatedly copied a list of IDs from a spreadsheet into cha

100% this. remote work is great for some people, but it's definitely taken advantage by a others. And those who take advantage ruin it for everybody. I literally have friends who have bragged about how good their mouse jiggler is.

Yeah, i agree with thinking of things as a single agent + tools. From the perspective of the agent, whether the tools are deterministic functions, or agents themselves, is irrelevant.

depends for what. For autocompleting simple functions (string manipulation, function definitions, etc), the quality bar is pretty easy to hit, and speed is important. If you're just vibe coding, then yeah, you want quality. But if you

How does Claude Code handle editing multiple files? My understanding is that it's CLI based, so it edits a bunch of files on it's own, so how do you accept/reject and rollback changes?

the goal of the major AI labs is to create AGI. The net utility of AGI is at least on the level of electricity, or the steam engine. It's debatable whether or not they'll achieve that, but if you actually look at what the goal is,

I had to break a lease on an apartment recently. The apartment was built in 2023 or 2024, marketed as a luxury apartment. We had no hot water for a month because they used a couple centralized tankless water heaters, and we happened to be t
