It was the germans that created laws restricting what could be used in beer (1516). I just picked up a hobby of brewing these very old recipes and have not heard of this one. Thanks for posting it!

Xojo. It's clunky, it's like a tractor, not very good at any one thing but I use it everywhere.

We already have quite a bit of extra capacity overnight while commercial and industrial are "offline".

The video does make a good point about the load capacity being at best half of what current trucks have. I wonder what the range would be at 45MPH vs 60MPH.

Miata is the perfect car for electrification. Most sports car drivers would be okay with 200 mile range (less batteries) in exchange for light weight. I think the most I ever put on mine in a day (NA/R) was 120 miles, when parking it f

I'd love to see what U-Haul has to say about such things. Everyone I follow in NYC, talks about how they're ready to leave.

One could be made with the pinephone modem. I believe its running a version of android and people are working on reverse engineering it right now. The chip is a little big for a dongle so you'd end up with something kinda like the Open

Insteon is pretty good (Wall switches, lamp dimmers and appliance modules). No central hub required. They form relationships with one another without a middle man. There's also a USB module if you like programming your own stuff.

Not true. Windows 11 can run "snappy" on even 10 year old hardware (with a SSD of course). Vista was a case of OEMs building systems with 512mb ram and "thrashing" out of the box due to their own bloat pre installed with

This especially makes sense if your controller is nice to the batteries. I would guess if we brought the 0-60 times down and charge/discharge cycling range to 45-75%, we could see battery packs lasting 30+ years in warmer climates. The
