Yeah. If people are worried enough about something that they vote this hard about it, go ahead and do some more tests. Be super transparent. The real fight will be the communications about the results. Bend over backwards to explain everyth

Apparently last time their laser rangefinder was turned off groundside and thus wasn’t available during landing. This time they remembered to turn it on, but it didn’t work very well.

Dolt would do that for you. It has push/pull semantics like git. As a bonus you can use its version control features to implement sophisticated undo/redo features. https://dolthub.com/blog/2022-09-23-dolt-roll

Great example of how accumulated technical innovations unlock unexpected opportunities. Flow, Shrek and Toy Story have roughly similar technical quality but vastly different price tags. That cost reduction allows more experimentation, which

Same reason there is opposition to municipal ISPs. The theory is the public sector should stay away from anything the private sector could theoretically provide. It assumes the private sector will deliver better goods at lower prices due to

Yeah. I think this is probably insurmountably hard. ApplePay is about as frictionless as digital payments can possibly be, and I still occasionally abandon a purchase because of some annoying authentication issue.

Kagi has started porting Orion to Linux [1]. They’ve stated that multiplatform support is just a question of resources [2]. You can contribute code [3] or money [4] to accelerate this process. [1] per 2/25 subscriber newsletter: “What
