ISP Owner here. I wouldn't call their hardware visually appealing. In UI, we mostly use CLI - so not sure what more can be done in that regard. A visual way to looking at live traffic info similar to iftop/htop would be nice.

I agree with you on ISPs having control over the content is a bad idea. But I also urge you to consider that the pressure on lower price from customers and government regulators are a real pain. There is a reason why ISP sector doesn't

I think there is a miss communication between consumers and internet providers. I think if the consumers were aware of how things are run in an ISP they will be more understanding and reasonable when facing a problem like not being able to

To be fair, we need to be able to answer the hard questions before making things a reality. Going to mars and making it habitable is not exactly something we have a lot of experience in, so there are a lot of questions but very little reaso

I admit I haven't done any therapy by any therapist. I have read some CBT book and tried to do it myself without any progress. Its also one of those things I probably should look in to (along with sleep apnea suggested by someone else)

My dad has sleep apnea. I don't think I have sleep apnea, because I don't have most of the symptoms/pre-requisite of sleep apnea. But this is self diagnosis, I reckon I probably should get a proper test done.
