numpy (which is inspired by Matlab which is inspired by APL) does indeed have a count_nonzero function, which is intended to be used in situations like this. Unfortunately, it (like most of numpy) doesn't work with generators, just arr

That is a reasonable design decision for a small fleet of test vehicles. It is not reasonable for a large fleet of production vehicles. Causing massive traffic disruptions is a safety hazard in itself, and these companies should not be allo

While Red Hat may have started Fedora, and does draw from it when building RHEL, it is a community-led distribution through and through. At this point boycotting Fedora because you don't want to support Red Hat is about as sensible as

Virgin Galactic prices will likely never go down. They had to spend far more money than expected to scale up from SS1 to passenger flights. They have around 600 reservations at $200K, and it is questionable whether they can break even provi

Not really a fair comparison since those USPS examples are all "extra postage" stamps that you only use if you have oversized letters or are trying to use up old stamps. The equivalent Royal Mail stamps are even less imaginative -

NASA has already awarded all the ISS crew flights up through it's scheduled retirement in 2030. Boeing is contracted for 6 flights, and SpaceX for 14 (including the 6 it has already flown). NASA hasn't published the milestone paym
