Because more js and less html is always better. Also rendering html on server is very expensive for backend apps Also if your company has many js and backend libraries, you need to use them, at least on one place

If cluster experience problems to run rook pods, then other pods that uses volumes will fail too. And it may cause situation where everything fails with timeout errors... Nothing against rook, but the idea to run k8s storage in k8s is fragi

Thanks to nano team for great work. It’s my favorite terminal editor for last 10 years. Too bad many systems has vi as default editor Most liked features: kut lines, page up/down, easy search, syntax highlighting, editing long lines

AWS is one of most expensive hosting solution, I assume many of us somehow start to think that it’s a best one, in my opinion they all kinda same. Moving to other place will require effort but can let you reduce cost to 10-20% of current on

IMO if need just get a job then having degree should help. If you enjoy building stuff and have curiosity then it will be more fun to learn it by yourself. Learning a language and basic concepts can take just few months, but that is just a

I write API code manually and use testing tool that also generates openapi file and save it in git. This makes API docs always up-to-date and history of changes in actual API via git. (stack: rails, rspec and some gem for openapi)
