you don't need a developer account to sideload an app on ios, and it wouldn't change anything legally if you did (feature tiering is legal) another classic example of android users who don't understand the things they're

presumably apple's ban on epic games is for life, not just for a year or two. and registering a new account doesn't change that - it's just ban evasion. to wit: you are still banned from reddit or paypal or any other online

NVIDIA has basically been doing that with GDDR5X and GDDR6X already - they are "official standards" but nobody besides NVIDIA actually uses them.

Part of it is that for a lot of Europeans this is still in living memory I think. It’s really interesting to me how recently some “modern, first-world countries” were still dictatorships or still undergoing rapid democratization. France, Sp

And you’re ignoring all the things that the apple will do that your chip won’t, or the things it’s massively better at. It has 2x the bandwidth of a Radeon 780M and runs at 35w, it has as much bandwidth as a PS5. there are pluses and minuse

Framework isn’t using LPDDR5/5X like the surface or the macbook. LPDDR adds to the cost quite a bit, as does the advanced packaging apple uses etc. But it’s the only way to keep pushing bandwidth forward, especially for graphics/i

U chips are just P chips with a tighter power limit, they’re not inherently “more efficient” (same architecture), just a lower cap. is there really anything stopping you from setting a lower cTDP if that’s really what you want?

Literal skylake processor is not in the same performance class as M3 no matter what you tell yourself. The battery life alone is literally an order of magnitude different. Just like OP said, this is not really a comparable machine. It’s fin

It is perfectly possible to have dual-channel 12+12GB configurations and also unbalanced 8+24GB configurations, so your test is not really accurate.

It’s a constant problem with nvidia articles, sites love to make up unapologetic bullshit or cite ancient stuff as if it’s new. A few months ago all the internet sites were abuzz with jensen’s “recent” comment that “nvidia is fully focused

there are AMD chips being sold right now that don't even support HDMI Org VRR let alone AV1 decode. and those skylake laptops are stuck on HDMI 1.4b, so they top out at effectively 1080p60, but sure, you get three of them. And the DP&

that’s actually OP’s point, which you missed - CPI change is different from money supply change. They are related and often move together but CPI can technically go up even if money supply goes down, if the demand for money increases.
