Congrats to Drop.io. In 2007 I presented my start-up at the New York Tech Meetup ( http://www.businessinsider.com/2007/11/nytech-meetup-at-iac ). It was an odd meetup as only two unknown start-ups presented that evening, mine and a comple

thnx. We're using something we created on our server to stream to the site and our iphone app. Using Google's free 411 type engine would be awesome though; yet not sure if you can mix music into the background of the voice with theirs.

Great community and service, terrible and confusing interface. I wonder maybe their UI is so bad as they only want to attract a certain demographic, though it seems their demographic(turkers) runs beyond just computer nerds.

The argument is weak re: DDOS(ing) the RIAA, you can listen any song for free on Youtube or Vevo either through your PC or through either iPhone app. Also YouTube's new artist playlist mix is awesome! As for watching MPAA content check out

What is the reasoning behind these attacks? Immaturity? Getting content legally and quickly in 2010 is a lot different and better then say 2003/2005.

by paul9290 16y ago
I think they need a new target. This would make more sense five or so years ago as these organizations have bended to the market. I can now for free use YouTube or vevo listen to any song I want either on my pc or thru their iPhone apps.
