Thanks, that's kind of my end goal. In the UK we really aren't taught how to manage our finances in school but it's an invaluable skill.

Haha yeah, I've been using KnockoutJS since 2015 and use it on all my projects. I should probably learn React or something but if it does the job I don't see any reason to change yet. Yes unexpected "life events" is def

I just built the characters up using simple shapes that you can draw in CSS (e.g squares, circles) and layer them on top of each other. I guess an illustrator would do a similar thing.

The thing is though is people can die if they get an allergic reaction. Is not being able to eat peanuts for 12 hours or so worth someones life?

The air inside a plane gets continually recirculated and some people have such a severe allergy that even the smallest traces can causes a bad reaction.

A good move, it must be quite nerve racking travelling by air with a severe peanut allergy. I was on a flight recently from London to Chicago where they requested that no-one consume any foods they'd brought that contain peanuts. We
