For your personal life mainly. I guess I'm most curious about whether you're planning on where you're living etc in the context of various forms of climate breakdown. I'm also curious how many personal changes you'v

I found this hard to read. I have struggled with poor sleep for years (like, 10 years probably). It's not _that bad_, but, memory isn't great and definitely don't feel rested in the mornings. But I'm still reasonably fun

Did you read Mindf*ck? Fascinating book. I'd be so so angry about Brexit after reading it if I'd been affected.

Having lived through the Christchurch quake, this was the thing I hadn't properly appreciated. It's a sequence, so, you can expect literally thousands of quakes after a big one like this. It's completely and utterly headwreck

I find it slightly interesting that it's US only to begin with. Imagining a future where use of technology like this was restricted by geography. It'd give US workers an _insane_ advantage.

Attributes do support defaults. You can absolutely do: attribute :my_time_at, :datetime, default: -> { Time.now } attribute :persisted, :boolean, default: false What I like about the types is that it will automatically coerce

Have you looked at ActiveModel::Attributes ? That coupled with ActiveModel::Model makes for simple form objects quite nicely. Also, you can write your _own_ ActiveModel::Type so you can require that a particular attribute is a particular (b

Hah! Love your nick! I haven't played games in years, but, I really enjoyed half life and the bioshock series (and portal, absolute classic). Any others to recommend in that vein?

Love this idea. Could you just expand a little on PlayOS? It's this running an underlying OS which then boots into a bash console running your repl? Just curious, would love to do something similar (or use yours if it was available!)

That is a neat enumeration, but, the question did ask for classes and inheritance which this definitely isn't. Would you really just ignore the requirements and give the simplest starter as a way to start a conversation?
