Bank account numbers for ACH payments seem to be the final frontier. As if asking me to type 16 numbers correctly is better than pasting it.

I'm curious what you define as the purpose of a state lottery. The Texas lottery's mission is to generate revenue for the state. Are you arguing this is counter to the purpose because the net revenue will be diminished by the cer

I love my Kobo reader and am happy with switching to it after a decade or more of daily Kindle use. But I think it is important to not over-sell it. It has had certain unexpected frailties, such as corrupting the database when I neglected

I'm uncomfortable with the use of profanity as a core element of this campaign branding, especially given that it seems to be an educational outreach effort. While this seems targeted at college age and above, I think it would be high

In my experience this behavior is due to the fact that they don't really know on the insurance side how the care provider is going to code something until they have actually done the procedure and have submitted it with the coding. An

Agree that a college degree sends a strong signal that you can conform to the expectations and requirements of an institution. You can show up when required and follow instructions to achieve an outcome over a period spanning years. This

There is a wonderful book about the blind man who was probably one of the earliest innovators in using a cane for echolocation. "A Sense of the World" by Jason Roberts is the story of James Holman, who traveled the world in the e

I am guessing that Apple is one of the top 10 email providers. Why don't they send DMARC reports? Every little podunk email provider seems to be able to send me DMARC reports, as well as Microsoft, Yahoo!, Gmail, Xfinity, and AOL. Eve

I just think the inconsistency is glaring. Would love to be a fly on the wall of what I expect/hope was a heated debate over why USPS, one of if not the top US government websites used by people in the US, should opt-out of the anti-p

Feels a little odd they describe it there as just a problem affecting many frontends. Is www/browsers considered just another frontend, not something essential to use the service for most users?

And yet, redditstatus.com says all systems operational. How can that be? Who is watching the watcher? Now it says "elevated error rate on many frontends." I guess the web/browser is one of many frontends

Microsoft completed a very successful SAP implementation, on SQL Server and Windows. After two failed attempts. I am probably one of the few people who worked on all 3 tries. And prior to that they had a few AS400s running the business.
