Would you mind elaborating on that? What are the issues with speedtest.net?

I'd be curious to know how many of these programs/scripts/etc. have easter eggs hidden in them. It seems like you're the only one to mention it so far.

These are pretty cool. It's more of a fluff piece, though; I wish it went into more detail.

It looks awesome. However, the site is quite vocal about telling me how many people "are in line" to use the service: 25,763 for me.

I have excellent memories of playing this game at summer camp growing up. Glad to see it's made an appearance on HN.

I've actually toyed with the idea of getting one of these. Can you tell me a little more about it? IIRC the main thing holding me back was cost (~$200 for the player and ~$50 each for two 128gb MicroSD cards), but at some point in the

As someone who can't bear to let go of his 160gb iPod classic (but still hates iTunes with a burning passion), is there an alternative like Swinsian that will still sync my iPod? I've been handcuffed to iTunes for years because of

Don't forget Alto's Adventure. Although it's been somewhat polluted with IAP recently, it's still a gorgeous, well-designed game.

Interesting. Probably a good call not to tell them what OS it is; I've been in that situation before and if you can avoid it, it's definitely better to do so. Thanks for the insight.

Man, those Elementary OS screenshots look sexy. Has anyone used it? How is it for development work? I'd like to give it a shot; one of the big things holding me back from going all-out on Linux is how beautiful OS X is.

It could be because of the immediate negative publicity complaints on social media get. Irate customer complains via Twitter, @ mentions Dell => a bunch of people see it. Irate customer complains via a private communication channel =>
