   in my case, I had nooooo idea that pot could cause something bad to happen so I had no expectations. In fact, I thought it would help me relax.

   No, I was not seeking help from a psychiatrist before that because I didn't need it before the pot incident :( Fortunately, I do not have panic attacks anymore and learned how to deal with the depersonalization as well.
