Yea, I used to use Wiki on a Stick on a flash drive. When I had to migrate away, I ended up going to Evernote rather than Tiddlywiki. But it's a great tool.

Of course, these are ends that are only now being seen as noble instead of nefarious. It was necessary because same-sex relationships were viewed as deviant and sinister for so long. What's an interesting question is why this was so wi

To be far, this is a world where 1 in 3 men is a secret agent, and the rest are insouciant pirates. Jack World sounds like a pretty interesting place.

Mostly I think alternate spellings should be tolerated, and there should be fewer irregularities. I like a lot of Masha Bell's suggestions to simply make English spelling less irregular. http://phonetic-blog.blogspot.com

I love a lot of this new reasearch on the relationship between language and cognition, but. What I hate about this article is the way that it plays on American parents' educational anxiety, implying that these very mild linguistic effe

People who are all alike tend to have the same blindspots. If you have a group with different POVs, they can more easily catch things that others might miss. Race/gender/age/&c.-related blind spots may be more important i
