Yeah, I think that was my biggest gripe, they moved the back button to the top-left of the screen... why??? One handed operation used to work okayish, but not anymore...

I just switched from a Pixel 3 to a Pixel 6 and I don't like it. I am just an average user, I don't use many apps, and the UI in the newer versions of Android is just atrocious. Everything is now "gestures" that don'

> Note that even if you use graphql for a private api to your web client, folks will reverse engineer it and use it for their own purposes. There are no private apis on the web. How is this a GraphQL specific problem?

That was my intial reaction as well but then I thought, if the AI can't make sense of it then a human probably wouldn't either. So, I guess a tool like this can serve to check if code is actually readable. I think variables names

> Companies who are about to run out of money will often claim to pivot in a different direction, launch new products, or go on hiring binges. Why would a company that is about to run out of money go on a hiring binge?

You're not obsolete. It's just that some people just want to drive their car and get it serviced somewhere every once in a while rather than doing it themselves. Same for servers.

Just out of curiosity. Why would a VC invest $10m in an Open Source project? I'd like to understand more about this model. You must have some path to a commercial offering I assume?

I call this, Insight by Progress. I.e. the further you progress into a problem the more insight you gain. Personally I have never 100% solved a problem before writing any code. For me it really the other way around. By writing the code I be

Like I suggested, use GraphQL to solve this problem. I know front-end teams that run their own GraphQL server to abstract away clumsy APIs and to optimize client/server requests.

But those 15 requests are then all occurring over a local network (in the data center), not over the Internet. The true power with GraphQL is that it might not even make all 15 calls because it will entirely depend on what you are querying
