Bang on. This is totally great just if the companies doing the white boarding interviews accept this kind of interactions. Most of them don't, and that is what white board interview enthusiasts are missing to consider.

The original comment exactly describes the problem with the whiteboard situations. Maybe you are an extrovert and can just say something on and on when the interviewer prods you with nitpicking details that does not matter in a whiteboard.
