Would you mind telling me your issues? I'm a Firefox dev, working on getUserMedia/Web audio api. I'm sure we can fix them so that Firefox users can enjoy your app without flash as well. I'm padenot at mozilla dot com, or

It does here! (I'm running Nightly on OXS). I met Paul Lamere the other day at the music hack day in Barcelona and he told me he updated his numerous demos so that they use the new spec.

Hi, I'm one of the Web Audio API developers at Mozilla. This demo uses a very old version of the Web Audio API, that we don't support, because it is not standard (and we started to implement after the breaking changes in the spec

What would be the heap protection features you need? [1] lists a couple features that I find useful. Of course, in Firefox, we use valgrind and ASAN extensively in automation and during development, so it matters less for us. (edit: to redu

I thought I'd mention ASAN [1] for this. It's built in in the most recent version of gcc and clang (just pass -fsanitize=address), and enjoy the nice reporting when you do something silly with a buffer. We use this extensively at

You should really look into how phishing protection works in Firefox [1], it's not implemented in a naive way (i.e. does not send the url to a third party), and does not compromise your privacy. [1]: http://blog.sidstamm.com

Ha, it works for me both in Firefox and Chrome. Also, on Firefox, there is still this delay problem I have to fix [1]. [1]: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932400

That was for the Mozilla Foundation, not the Mozilla Corporation. Firefox, Firefox for Android, FirefoxOS are made by the Mozilla Corporation.

At least in current Nightly, you can hit the Esc. key, to pop up the console regardless of the panel you're currently using (à la Chromium, basically). I'm not sure in which release this landed, though. For the vertical split thin

So, I've got a little hacky patch that _kind of_ does that, but only for <video> and <audio>, because we don't have access to flash's source code, so we can't hook into it. This (only <audio> + <vide

The video was not made by us, it was made by the game developers. This particular video (and blog post) is about the asm.js port of the game (and other possible solutions), not about the game itself.

This is possible in Nightly, so it's likely to be live in release in a couple months or so.

Well, this statement is wrong. In France, at least, virtually everybody has a debit card and we use cards all the time. However, closer to the point, Germans are known to use cash a lot, so it's interesting that Stripe launch there.

We landed OscillatorNode support yesterday or something, and it kind of works just fine in Firefox. Kind of, because there is a _horrible_ noise before you press play and after the track finishes. I'm looking into it at the moment.
