This year I went to Rails conf in Phoenix and Ruby conf in NOLA. Both were great. Excellent organization and a good variety of topics (I don't develop exclusively with Ruby/Rails).

Kind of disappointing. Best thing for reading that I've found lately is Spritz ( http://spritzinc.com/ ) . I use it mainly to read online articles. It's a shame there are not many apps that use Spritz to read books

I think from the ML point of view it would be hard because of the amount of data you need to train an algorithm. ML algorithms in general need a really big amount of data to predict good results. If you have let's say a thousand of cas

I think they were mainly related to my machine. On Ubuntu my laptop was getting super hot all the time, even with extra tools and extra drivers installed. Also I was using Ubuntu with Gnome, and it wasn't so fluid. With Fedora, Gnome j

Kind of very basic issues IMO. The only one that's hard is logging. We are using K8s on AWS and I haven't found a good solution for logging centralization. Personally I don't like the Kibana interface for that kind of stuff.

this is super cool. One big struggle I had transitioning from OS X to Linux was 1password. I ended up using wine with the windows version which was awkward. I love CLI's to this may be a nice solution. Thanks!
