This feature seems to exist also in bash. I discovered it accidentally while wondering why my history did not include my last commands (copy/pasted with a leading space).

I use create-react-app and make sure I don't need to eject so (I guess) I use webpack under the hood, which I never had to learn. If CRA switches to parceljs and makes the build twice as fast, I'm all for it!

Didn't really chose. After checking, perl5 is installed on my laptop. I'll admit I'm too newbie to know the differences between versions 5 and 6 :)

100% agree. Another factor is that Perl is highly correlated with heavy usage of regular expressions. Those are easy to write but often pretty hard to read whatever the enclosing language (and author) :)

It's funny to see Perl on the top of that list. I was a Perl hater for so long that I don't even remember how it started. It probably has to do with the extensive use of symbols (=~, -s, -d, s/ ...) that makes code quite unre

I remember the early games on Amstrad CPC464 were pretty easy to copy. Then game makers started compressing the signal heavily in order to shorten load time, which at the same time made cassettes much harder to copy due to increased sensiti

I have become a create-react-app junkie but unfortunately TS is still not (officially) supported in it [1] so for the moment I stick to using flowtype. [1] https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/issu

This was a great read. BTW I have always known that the 10x programmer exists. A sufficient proof is that on good days (with proper motivation, concentration, no interruptions, enough coffee etc.) I'm 10x the programmer I am on bad day

I lost so much time with Angular 1. I don't care how much v2 is better than v1, I'm not touching it with a ten foot pole (disclaimer: switched to React, not looking back).

To deploy a process in my current project, I use Apache Ivy to resolve its dependencies (starting from a small set of top-level modules). Then I cache the results because Ivy resolution tends to take a while when you have a lot of dependenc

Good job! What about showing sugar / carbs ratio and saturated fat / fat ratio? Minor annoyance: the floating "Terms - Contact" overlaps with content on small screens (eg. my Galaxy S4 mini).
