Hm. I build my Workstation Desktop in 2019 with AMD and nVidia and an Ubunut flavor. Focused a little bit on low noise and a video card supporting several Screens. Has assembling a Desktop become an art in 2021?

Doubt it. A self build filter basically outperforms all bought systems in tests. The answer is easy: A self build system blows the air through a filter. Nearly all commercial systems suck the air trough a filter. Big difference.
