Unless they only write good custom drivers for hardware they know will be used in Steam machines. Don't know of any reason why they'd do that, though... I'm hopeful :) Finally. The year of the Linux desktop is upon us!

It's almost as if that sentence itself were pieced together by some kind of blagosphere-mining machine learning algorithm. I guess that's kind of what writers do?

Except for the fact that sudo is already built into your system. What? Rooting most likely voids your warranty and is definitely nontrivial to non-technical people. I have rooted my phone and installed cyanogenmod before and I wouldn't

I think a lot of people our age are just happy to have a job in the first place. Young people are flocking to big cities (especially the Bay area, NYNY and DC) just to get anything. I feel really lucky to have the nice "real" job

Right. The insurance problem is the reason why I am hesitant to use these kinds of services (airbnb, peer-to-peer car rental, car-pooling apps). When something goes wrong, what happens? It just freaks me out - not that companies conformin

Yeah I'd say being smart doesn't necessarily help you play good chess - being dumb hurts, though. I wonder when the last time Gates even played chess? And even though he had way more time than Magnus did, 2 minutes is not a lot of
