Yup. It gets a bit annoying when people try to figure out why they didn't get the job. The answer is always that someone else was preferred over you. You usually can't know if your interview performance was a determining factor.

I assume they will. It seems like a similar situation to Soylent- a spinoff of a ycombinator company, that is billed as a ycombinator company.

I assume something's wrong with him attending Stanford in 2000 (or being born in 1986). He didn't go to college when he was 14/15, did he?

We really need this for Soylent, and I remember there was talk about this on the Soylent forums soon after they got going. Does anyone know specifically what the issues are to creating a Soylent bot? Or is it in the works?

I just met with a local State Representative in Oregon and he was talking about Georgia as an example of a state with good higher education funding- he said any student with a B average or better would receive free college. Is this true? Or

How does this work? I just tried clicking through and it returned a list of friends who added me. If there was no list of people who deleted me, does that mean it hasn't happened? Was it working properly?

Does this apply even on mobile? I'm interested in a password manager that works seamlessly on Android.

Yup. I switched from iOS 6 months ago and podcasting was one of the initial problems I had. I trialed a handful of apps before properly purchasing pocketcasts. As good as the iOS app.

A huge barrier for many people is they have no understanding of what programming will enable, what it entails, and its varying difficulty levels. I think there are so many "pre-med" college freshmen because everyone understands th

I don't think people know enough to be against it. I'm a university student and within the last year I've talked to 20+ people about it (mostly students), and mostly people don't know what it is.

They can (and probably will) help the poor once they scale up their production and drive the marginal production cost down. Low cost hinges on scaling up (and hopefully also being less strict about pseudo-"hypo-allergenic" propert

I don't think the group of people is really small. People I talk to about Soylent tend to think about it in a binary "all or nothing" way. Yes, there are few who would do use it for the majority of their meals. There are many

Do you think noot could be created using Meteor? I've been curious about learning Meteor and am wondering if a social flashcard app would be too much for it to handle.

I've wondered if Microsoft adopts a sort of "golden path" (a la Dune) strategy... intentionally make every other operating system unpopular in order to set the stage for their next version. You need bad in order to see good.
