Thank you. DDG should be the default in Firefox and iOS.

I don't recall FF asking to accept incoming connections upon upgrading to a new version, 36 does.

I know, let's throw money at it! ;) Imagine if they had taken the same amount of cash, hired a bunch of motivated CS people to do an after-school program with Raspberry Pi. Topics like "build a robot that draws" etc.

Tried Inbox for week and felt like it was introducing more clutter than less! Switched back to Mailbox and the Mailbox for Mac beta and have no complaints, I like the simple clean interface and functionality. Just wish they made a darker th

Good discussion! I just started using Elementary on an old spare system to try it out and I like it so far. Going to try all the cool utilities people have recommended. Thanks!

Listen. As a 473 year old vampire, I can tell you it's really not all that it's cracked up to be.

Domain registration and ssl cert are included? How are sites/services backed up? Is it easy to download all apps and data locally for backup?

This looks great. So the service includes domain and cert?

Ditto. FF and µBlock are a solid combo now. I typically have 10 to 20 tabs open without issue. I uninstalled Chrome completely, I just don't need it.

It's very cruel to treat rats like fund managers!

Solution: don't use FB. Create your own social network.

Great guide. Thanks for sharing. I just subscribed to https://tomotcha.com/en/ which I also learned about on HN. Check it out if you are a fan of unique Japanese teas. :)

Just did this. µBlock does seem faster than the ghostery/adblock combo. I've also enabled Spam404 and Dan Pollock's hosts and everything is perfect so far.

Be careful for what you wish... The long term effects are unknown. Try meditation first. The mind is buddha, the way is nowhere.

I thought the main charge of the anti-vax group was the, now debunked, thimerosal-autism link. Is that not the case? No doubt that pharmaceutical companies have a history of spreading disinformation for profit. What is the solution? I belie

Unacceptable. Should be mandatory for all healthcare companies with steep fines for non-compliance.

What language do you speak? Maybe we can do some cross language chats? I teach you English, you teach me whatever. I know a fair amount of Spanish and Japanese.

How many subscribers do you have so far? I think I'm going to just go for it and try for a month. :)

Well, I drink coffee 50% of the time. Maybe an introductory $15/month mini subscription? If the tea is as good as it looks, maybe I could switch over to 75% tea. I happen to be drinking some great genmaicha right now. :) totemo oishii

Get out of the cities. Climb a mountain to a secluded temple and live for a day or two with monks.

Agreed, Jira is pretty hard to beat for small teams and has a large base of plugins and integrations. This looks really cool but needs something a bit more to really stand out. Maybe at $5/user it could take off.

Wow, this looks pretty simple and free hosting on meteor is probably enough for a small group of friends. I'm thinking one for friends and one for family. Is it easy to share images on telescope? Or do they need to be hosted elsewhere?
