That is not true. 1. FAA has chapters about skydiving operations. They are simple and tiny, but they exist. 2. USPA has rules. USPA members has to follow them, even when they jump not in USPA locations. And yes, Lodi is known for their oper

I have never been a tandem instructor, but AFF instructor, where we teach people to jump on their own. The satisfaction of seeing how much happiness those people get is undescribable. For skydivers in the sport - this task is not terrifying

I feel as safe as driving a car. Except being on a plane, that is the main risk I take. I am a certified FAA Rigger, 1500 jumps, used to be an AFF Instructor.

Skydiving is much more safe than you think https://www.uspa.org/discover/faqs/safety 1500 jumps in 5 years (not that much), 1 reserve ride, one twisted ankle in early 100 jumps.

I believe they describe AFF Level 1 jump, where there are two instructors waiting for the student to pull the "line and you are on your own" which they describe a bridle of main pilot chute to main canopy. The idea of this jump is

I feel like locals always say that about any DropZone near them. I have heard the same about my previous home DropZone and the current one. Both are very active DropZone (tops of the USA). But yeah, every skydiver has heard about Lodi.

Russia had the same story when about 15 years ago they tried to move their postal service away from Microsoft. They spent a lot of money to teach personal, and I believe it was a disaster at the end. Microsoft just gave them a discount late

By the same, I mean to match what we already get in most places as download speeds, at least 100-200mbps. Every household use google or apple photos app that upload backups to cloud services.
