You just mix it with the wine and it later gets precipitated like a sediment at the bottom of a vessel. Then you rack the wine, remove the naturally filtered wine juice from the vessel and leave those sediments and egg white materials at th

PHP is awesome. I’ve been using it since my early career and didn’t switch to other stack… it’s been evolving like a crazy lately. The only thing I miss in the language right now is generics. PHP is not your ugly language any more, quite so

So it's a "CoffeeScript for SQL", sounds intriguing... Though, some more examples with real-world use cases would be good.

Hmm… any actual use cases of this? I don’t find curl —jp a=b to be better than directly sending a payload on a HTTP resource.

Indeed it is possible. I could be getting away with legal, accounting and bank fees only and paying 0% but I prefer this way. Through the history there are loads of examples: Warren Buffer paying lower tax rate than his secretary (ever got

I am a big believer in Flag Theory and stuff… I currently pay about 2,5% on my gross income ($100k+) as a software developer, which is more than most of EU/US developers are left after tax… In a short, if you’re willing to make some tr

First of all, kudos, I’m a junkie for such optimizations myself. It’s a pleasure that your systems are optimized well, you sleep well and you’re proud :) Two thoughts: 1) CloudFlare offers incredible service. What would need the team of net

A huge thanks to those who don’t hesitate and post archive.org or outline.com links to the partially readable articles. My typical workflow on HN when I see the paid content block/popup on a destination website: 1) Go back 2) Open HN c

It's a no-brainer. Card processing fees are just too high (2.9% + $0.3). Account transfers bring more flexibility and convenience and costs almost nothing.

Haha... I've used Ubuntu and then Arch prior to switching mac. If you have enough time and nerves to do OS/desktop env stuff yourself, then go ahead... In the end I decided to use my time for more effective things and stop geeking
