Org-mode in spacemacs is my choice, though that is more of a TODO list keeper than writing down personal thoughts. But it is plain text and has timestamps. It is also very flexible and powerful. https://www.youtube.com/watch

Depends on what model. I think the 2017 MacBook and MacBook Pro's are overpriced, but I'd say the MacBook Air post-2012 is still possibly the best laptop on the market for many people. For $999 you now get 8 gigs of RAM, SSD that

I never liked all the multitude of list making apps - Evernote, Todoist, Omnifocus, etc. I prefer org-mode[1] on emacs. It's simple, flexible, distraction free and for some reason reminds me of writing on paper. You get the simplicity,

Similarly, there's a strong need for more developers tools in varied languages. A lot of great minds are being wasted because they are not proficient in English, and don't have a programming language in a language they know, or ha

There are serious privacy concerns[1] with spark though. One alternative to Polymail which is not often discussed is Canary Mail[2], which I've always found to be reliable and good looking. [1]- https://www.reddit.com/r

A legitimate criticism is that they make it hard for people who don't want to use play services to user their app. For the privacy of the messages themselves, google really cannot interfere, unlike WhatsApp/Facebook.

Honestly this constant posting of Stallman opinions is getting tiring. I feel that the same principles he applies to one case carries over to the others, so to have 4 turn up in one day is a little annoying.

The title is a double entendre. It's a show about doctors with the lead doctor being "Meredith Grey". So it refers to both the protagonist and the book, since it's a famous book in medicine.

Because the chips aren't optimised for that much RAM they sacrifice a lot of battery life. Apple could theoretically ship these MacBook Pros with 32 gigs, but their battery life would probably be halved.
