The bit you quoted doesn't contradict what the OP stated, if /usr/local _does not_ exist, not even root can create it. If it exists, we can use it as before. Considering how many times I've installed OS X, I can't r

It is o my the initial download that is limited to 200MB, once launched the app can then download another 2GB right away. You can have another 2GB on the device, and up to 20GB in the cloud. So 4.2GB on the device at once per game and all

Agreed, the page loads, shows data, then goes completely blank for 1-2 seconds while the scroll bars load. Safari 8.0.6 OS X Yosemite.

I'm curious why there is a restriction of 2010 or newer mac. Is it something in the CPU that's needed? I've 10.10.3 installed on a non supported mac and wanted to use this, but getting errors when I try the test Linux

>> Einstein officially runs on MacOS X with partial support for iOS, Android, Linux and Windows. Maybe one day :) I still have an eMate sitting here, those things were (are) amazing, especially sharing (beaming) files to each other.

The cart animations zoom the page in and out on my iPad, really annoying. When zoomed out I can only see the first story, zoomed in its all just white below the animations. Viewing landscape and nothing but letting the page load. Mobile sa

That's really interesting that the Wall Street bull moves over the years. I wonder if this is due to people leaning against it, or something like cleaning, or some other reason.

I know. There's not a single other implement in the home that could be used for defence. The government must want you beaten, raped and or murdered.

For feature requests, I'd love to be able just to watch them being played automagically one after the other on my iOS device (on the website or app), or computer via the website. Sometimes I just want to lay there with headphones on an

What ever happened to educating people vs just lashing out and punishing? There was a great teaching moment there (as well as learning moment for the staff).

I like the notifications grouped by app, it lets me scan and clear an entire app in one go, vs clearing each individual line. Less labour, less friction, more likely that I'll use notifications. I've ordered the apps to show the

Indeed, I'm running 10.10 on a 2006 Mac Pro, and it's running really really well (boot.efi replaced to get it working, not supported:). I was surprised just how well it's working tbh.

I've always viewed Google drive as a checklist item to compete with others. Cloud storage? Check! Gets the job done but not a main focus. The OS X client is passable, and the fact that you can't do things like LAN sync or rate lim

On one hand, I'm honestly surprised that this is still an issue these days. That's the issue I had with tablets back in the early 2000's when MS was pushing them, every time I picked one up I turned something on or off, drov

I may be missing something here (it's really late) but I'm able to quite easily hold and type on my iPad quite easily, in fact its happening right now. I've found that I moved most things to the iPad mini when I first got it.
