I think the best thing users could probably do is some sort of social media campaign to boycott firefox until this is fixed, or for someone to fork firefox with this fixed and to get users to swap over to that for a while.

BLK overclocking non-k sky lake chips disables ME. You loose out on some power saving/voltage throttling features as well as avx2 instructions, but if you're worried about security ME is disabled.

banning gas stations isn't a ban on new gas vehicles, it's a ban on all gas vehicles. very different, and the people will never vote for it until we are in a very different place than we are today.

If you ban sale of gas cars in say, California, everyone will just hop over to Oregon/Nevada/Arizona to purchase vehicles.

These languages so similar you can hold a conversation speaking Norwegian while someone else is speaking Swedish or Danish right back at you. Great test case though as they build an infrastructure to do this with other languages eventually.

When I first saw the ((( ))) meme, it was being used something along the lines of (((triggered))), and I thought it was shorthand for a trigger warning. Unfortunate to learn how it's used; I thought it was really clever at the time.

If I recall correctly the part of the system this is running on is independant from anything important and only does media controls. It also speaks to the rest of the car over a network interface. But still not quite for the faint of hear

I'm a big political hack currently, I've been watching CNN's Race for the White House and taking a lot of more political history courses (HSTAA 212 U.S. Military History, etc). I certainly don't agree with the direction
