For me it's just search. It remembers none of my habits and assumes I want whatever is trending/popular in the autocomplete. I search up quite a few artists that produce no autocomplete results, even though they exist. I have arti

From age 12 to 17, I was a super prolific "poet." I had four binders full of looseleaf pages of all kinds of writing. I had also kept every note that my girlfriends had given to me during that time. Around age 22, I found them in

Just FYI, the creator of Overcast is a notorious anti-advertising and pro-privacy curmudgeon, and he even wrote Skeptic's FAQ for people put off by the account thing: https://overcast.fm/skeptics_faq It's very muc

My only experience with the Clip+ was as a runner, but I switched away from my phone because I was terrified of breaking it. But the downsides of the Clip+ drove me back to my phone and a good, hard case for it. - had to hook it up to my Wi

Your assertion of "slacktivism" seems in contradiction to the fact that more Americans are marching in the streets for various reasons in the last 10 years than in the preceding years of my life.

That's not the point. Running in the JVM is the most performant way to access Android's APIs. That's "native".

When you say "offline first" do you just mean "local db"? You'd rather use GQL over SQL or some other query lang?
