I think it would actually be better if climate related patents had an ultra short lifetime. In an ideal world all these innovations would be copyleft style. But short patent life might bring the best of both worlds.

This is insightful. Coffee on an empty stomach spikes cortisol and should be avoided. It's also an anti-thiamine factor. Coffee with a decent sized meal is a much better for you.
