I think it’s about journalists trying to keep the live location thing going which Twitter tos was updated to ban (reporting someone’s live location on Twitter is considered doxing)

As someone who has spent a fair bit of time in / around salt water I’m skeptical of these claims. I want to see all in deployment costs with maintenance. Are these deep water or do they need to be shallow water where they will be bange

No kidding - they got rid of dhcp and more but it’s a nightmare getting networks to work with just ipv6 concepts- everything from provisioning phones (dhcp options to push config / NetBoot stuff) and more. Layer in privacy extensions,

Why is the discoverability in these stores so poor? Outside of top 10 in a category its miserable. Can't we allow richer interfaces? I'd love to subscribe to a blocklist that just took out all the junk apps, then incorporate verif

Right - and if you asked the new guy if they will actually run at 2:40 minutes - and he answered, the answered would be - no way. Project is still badly managed. This was in early 2021: “It is beyond comprehension that as of this day, more

You do understand that the 2hr 40 minute number is total and absolute garbage? It's weird seeing folks peddling fantasy land numbers here. Back in 2013 peer review board already said they were bogus, and it's only gotten a LOT wor

At some point I do wonder if the free plan (funded perhaps with VC money in the past) will need to change. Unmetered DDoS protection for free etc, there is a mismatch there in terms of cost to revenue. All the unlimited bandwidth places fad

Yeah, the routing is weirdish - the opening date keeps getting pushed back (full route promised by 2020, we may not see first segment till 2029!) cost is going to be in 1b/year range. They are projecting 9 million riders on the Bakersf

The HSR folks have turned out to be wrong on almost every material element of CA hsr - from capital cost to schedule to operating cost to performance. I voted for the bond - but wow - hsr folks seem like a bunch of scammers at this point. I
