I just did a 40 hour fast to see if i could do it and it was a lot easier than i thought it would be. I'm trying to build up to a week long. We'll see how it goes. It's a shame that fasting has been eliminated from the cultur

I'd love to learn this but get sleep paralysis for 30-60 seconds at a time for like an hour (i have no way of knowing how long the intervals are but that's what it feels like) every time I do - has anyone overcome this?
