Its exactly those type of people who call biking fascism who (once it will get tough) will bring fascism as only viable solution. Handmaids tale style. People biking are just happily chugging along. They are not the fascists.

This is what OP means by changing the way we live. Sorry but getting rained on a bit is least of our troubles. Imagine there are places like Netherlands where it rains all the time and people (including very old ones) bike around the city…

The thing is you have to use build tools to use Tailwind. It doesn't work (well) without it being able to search your templates to generate css for the classes you use. So anyone using Tailwind already has the setup to add tailwind.con

It is super common things to do when you actually adopt it as system. People choose either -4 or -8 to be 1x measure of space and setup the size in config. Of course there is a big group of devs who use tailwind for easy copy paste template

If your product requires selling user data then maybe its not so good of a product. GDPR doesnt prohibit you from monitoring your product. It just gets very serious when you abuse users without them agreeing. Like Threads not launching in E

I dont understand how you want to have secure e2e messaging app AND not have fascist (and pedophiles, druglords) in there. Of course they are there. The whole point of the app is that it cant be moderated because nobody knows the contents.

I have heard podcast with lead dev of local bank app talking about how they wish PWAs would be possible. Because right now they have to secure and audit web, ios, android. Instead having one platform would be easier and probably more secure

This is the case with most of these. Having big, popular, very profitable website is not enough. They are going to break them all. Good maybe if the VCs get annyoed it will finally allow for healthy ecosystem to emerge.

It is truly insane that its 15k more for large cars. Afaik its really bad that everyone has big cars when they absolutely dont need them. No matter if they are EVs they are still lot less efficient… Seems like this could have been incentive
