Your analogy isn't a great fit, because the distinction between the two carries different penalties. In this scenario, spamming with or without AI would carry the same penalty. The benefit is that you don't need to determine if A

IEC limits are 120VDC, 50VAC which quite a few countries will use (eu*/au/nz). US NEMA/NEC is a very different standard.

This choice of wording in systems engineering is not ambiguous, and should effectively means optional. These words are often in capital letters trying to highlight the importance of it. It is absolutely not limited to RFCs, and is often

There's a big fat blurry line here. If someone is protesting the use of green energy by chaining themselves to an electric powered rail road track, is that okay? That's effectively what has happened but was a different cause. Th

Two way different scenarios where this would be used, so different I wouldn't even compare them. I'd use this to prototype a basic web interface to interact with something like an IoT device. React would be overkill, and I doubt

I think I can count on two hands the amount of times I've used my horn in 20 years of driving. It's used for when I think someone hasn't seen me (ie. reversing), or if the lights have turned green and the person isn't pa

https://opennem.org.au/energy/sa1/?range=7d&interval=30m OpenNEM puts it at 12% imported and states 67.9% from renewables. Why would SA want to produce multiple times their requirements in renewable energy? T

As I type this, QLD is using 77% black coal. SA is using 71% gas. Over the past 24hrs SA was 83% renewable (solar+wind), 16% gas. In that same 24hrs QLD was 79% black coal, 12% renewables. Plaudits seem deserved. https://aemo.co

Depriving people of energy can be just as catastrophic. While not digging it up would be effective, I'm not sure some people in developing* country would necessarily agree. It's a complex topic, and Australia (where I live) has l
