Is there any written discussion of advantages that Pollen has over racket Scribble? It sounds extremely similar.

I agree that "recent tabs from other devices" is very handy. IE11 does have that, so I guess Edge will too (at least eventually). This doesn't help you since you probably don't want to trade your Android phone/table

I've never heard of Ctrl-S causing a crash, though. So your explanation at most accounts for the hangs.

I think you probably meant "I don't enjoy reading authors who throw random insults into their writing". Or do you really mean that containing no random insults is enough for you to enjoy a piece of writing?

If the author is claiming that once it's compressed it won't be as good next time, then that's insane - helmets aren't supposed to be re-used after accidents Why is it insane to think it won't be as good next time

I really liked the talk idiom where you first typed something rude, then slowly erased it one letter at a time, and finally typed a euphemism. Like what people use strikethrough for now, but it was funnier in talk somehow.

The axiom of foundation forbids cycles in the membership relation, you are of course allowed to talk about other relations that do have cycles. For example, R={(1,2),(2,3),(3,1)} is a relation defined in ZFC that relates 1 to 2, 2 to 3 an

I'm guessing you've never taught math to undergraduates. Unless they are math majors, for the most part they really don't like being given harder-than-average questions, let alone open problems.

Yes, his reaction will probably be something like: "Mmh, well it is plain text, which is nice, but it (1) tempts me to waste time adjusting the typesetting, and (2) TeX or LaTeX source code is much uglier to look at than Markdown"
