No, 10.12.7 is the right version. It's "available for" 10.12.6, which means that is the version that will be offered the update. I am not sure why it's not showing up for you. Consider contacting Apple support.

It's gotten the same patches as 10.13. The original security advisory did not mention it, but it's been revised now: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208331 Kernel Available for: macOS High Sierra 10.1

WHATWG Living Standards are now licensed under CC-BY 4.0,so if the W3C continues to copy, it needs to provid appropriate acknowledgement. The lic mes does allow copying by design though.

WHATWG is now led by a Steering Group of the four major browser engine vendors, and for some time has had a rule that every new feature in HTML needs a test suite and implementation commitments from multiple vendors before it can go in. It’

Do you work on a browser engine? I do (WebKit). Your claim that browsers actually implement W3C DOM 4.1 is just totally wrong. We don't even read it. The person who ultimately fixed this problem in the DOM Living Standard is Anne Van K

This specific decision turned out to be mistaken, but W3C makes this type of mistake way more often and doesn't even always fix them. You can see in the record of this issue that the problem was eventually resolved. WHATWG Working Mode

I’m not sure what you are referring to specifically, but WebKit aims to conform to WHATWG DOM and we check that against Web Platform Tests. We don’t even look at W3C DOM. I believe it’s th same for the other browser engines.

That’s not right. Browser implement the WHATWG specs. That said, validity changes don’t matter to the browser’s ability to render old pages. Changes to remove support for an element entirely are very rare.

It's true that there's a sense in which the size of the proton is undefined. But there is also a sense in which it is very precisely defined, which is the root mean square of the electron scattering cross-section. This can be meas

Spotify could have easily made their site work in Safari using FairPlay Streaming for DRM. It’s a mystery to me why they didn’t. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are both using it successfully.

I think the proposal was to thread-restrict variables, not objects. (Or more precisely, any variable is either restricted to a thread or guarded by a lock.) So it wouldn't actually stop you from accessing any object you want, as long a

Going to mobile websites directly would load a lot faster if they natively served AMP. But it seems like most sites adopting AMP only end up serving it via Google, and not if you go to their site directly. Directly serving AMP would probabl

The alternate system I described doesn't involve "allowing trades" and therefore can't create perverse incentives or affect subsequent rounds. The idea is to make an algorithm that performs a Pareto-optimal assignment al

I think he's saying that the error is in the original assignment algorithm: it produces a solution that is not Parto-optimal. If it was, there would be no mutually advantageous trades. One way it could achieve that is by randomly doing

You should definitely code websites as if you don't have third-party cookies. It's always been our intent to ban them, and we're closing the loopholes as much as we can without breaking the web.
