I have a friend who lives in a small market town in the North on an exchange only line, he gets 2/0.5. Most of his neighbours can get vDSL too, poor bastard. He uses a 4G router with a Three unlimited SIM. He has both connected because

Or you could live somewhere like Newark in Nottinghamshire where the train is an hour and ten minutes into Kings Cross and it'll cost you £6,000 a year. Plus house prices/rents are cheaper too. I'm so glad I live basically on

Yeah, I had a Nokia 6680 back in 2005 that was classed as smartphone (Symbian after all was a Smartphone OS). It was, of course, absolutely bloody awful and didn't have even enough RAM to do the most basic things. But it was 3G and I h

In Europe there are many, many more choices for this sort of money than a Honda Fit (Jazz). A lot of them are faster than this too.

NHS Employee here, not seen XP on a NHS machine in a very long time - including in hospital environments. It's Windows 7 now, I'm now seeing some staff get Windows 10 machines deployed to them.

Argos here in the UK basically do that now, they have loads of physical locations and will do same-day delivery even if the item is out of stock at your nearest branch.

Mk.2 is still better to drive than the Mk.3 and Mk.4. I've driven them all, 3 & 4 are bland compared to the 172/182, barely any faster too.
