I think he is confusing the usage of entropy in physics and computer science. In computer science entropy is conditional probability and depends on what we know about a system.

I just hate using the camera for conferences. Zoom can highlight the profile of the speaker, so you don't have to recognize people's voice. People calling in from a phone is a separate issue.
