Personally I feel like Factorio reveals a principle I also see at my day job. Automation is exhausting. ;-)

This goes back in history to mention the 2008 financial crisis, but doesn't go far enough. Those who were around in the 70s remember stagflation - high inflation and high unemployment - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki

I worked for reputation.com a while back, and I find it amusing that they don't own reputation.ca. It reflects poorly on their reputation.

This seems a bit…reductive. Billions of people use chat, some significant fraction for decades. It’s nice to hear one person’s opinion, but the “truth on the ground” doesn’t bear you out.

If you click on the main images there is a narrative description for each project where he says some of them do use glue - the Holiday Inn one for example.

It says “Correspondence” at the top of the page. That suggests to me that it’s the equivalent of a “Letter to the Editor.”

From the About page: “ We focus on entrepreneurs who have been left out of the narrative: women, people of color, and those who are geographically outside traditional power centers.” so maybe?
