Just wanted to point out that drugs are insufflated, smoked, or taken intravenously so that the chemicals enter the bloodstream and hit the brain quickly (so I'm not sure tablet meth would be a big hit).

The southern hemisphere is actually much colder due to the presence of a continental ice cap. The ice pack extends surprisingly far north in winter.

This post doesn't contain an argument so much against require.js as against module systems as a whole. I think that is short-sighted for any project where performance is important because the fact is, most projects of that kind are sti

Water under the bridge here. I think the author has bigger fish to fry: Absence of a logo and a descriptive <title> are bigger issues if we're talking branding.

I believe it is a StormFront initiative, because all racist comments in a targeted thread will be flooded with upvotes, and all comments in any way critical will receive an equal number of downvotes. I did a little research and did find som

Huh, I guess I'm old-school (though I think of Firefox as relatively "new school")? Command-K and Command-L are burned into my hands, and I find it jarring to have the address bar acting like a search box. That, the lack of a

I didn't intend to highlight lack of respect so much as lack of general awareness amongst motorists of the rights of bicyclists as road vehicles. In the worst cases, this manifests itself in more aggressive responses. This here was a c

Clearly you've never driven in the DC area. Seeing cars slam their brakes at 25-30mph to grab a spot on a busy street is laughably commonplace.

You might find this interesting: UK figures show that it takes at least 8000 years of average cycling to produce one clinically severe head injury and 22,000 years for one death. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/

You're right, there are lots of slow cyclists who seldom top 15mph. Nevertheless, the speed limit is a speed limit, and if I can manage 25mph on a 35mph road, I don't see the issue. Mixed-use roads that see cyclists clogging traff

That's not true. If I'm a motorist, moving at speed, and I slam my brakes to grab that nifty parking spot, I am liable. Not the person who rear-ends me.

I think that a cyclist flaunting traffic laws should always be liable for accidents, but the last thing we need if we want to encourage bicycling is nanny-state policing of proper signaling and such. Any city that has resources for this oug
