I had always assumed that the “no fly” list was a phrase and that it didn’t refer to an actual list, but rather a database with more detailed information than a “can they fly?” Column with a Y/N entry. In pharmacy we have a database w

I haven’t seen any hint of “hate” in their comments and their position is anything but fringe. Focusing on having a diverse set of emergency response teams has become mainstream, I’d say it’s a fringe position to think otherwise. Trust in

Anecdotally, while living in Finland for a number of years I found that most households I knew would mix margarine and butter together 50/50, and that was the only form they used outside of cooking and baking.

This could solve a problem I’ve been stuck on for a long time. I read so many interesting things and I make useful connections between topics and concepts, but I don’t revisit it later and forget much of what I have learned. I’ve experiment

My brother recently passed away unexpectedly and I can say with certainty that the well established processes are not smooth, and in fact I’d say that it’s a 50/50 shot that even when you follow each step to a “T” - have all of the pa

This is why I use Scribd. I can’t access every single book I want but there are enough available that I’ve only run into that problem a handful of times, and I just found something else because it’s really a great selection.

Chiming in to say I love Pushbullet. I find it invaluable for sending things between my devices. I recently learned that it’s no longer available for iPhone and that if I get a new iPhone I won’t be able to load it onto the new device. It
