I bought an EEE pc when they first came out and it had a 4GB SSD. I thought, no way would I fill that 4GB for this little thing. That lasted about a month. I had to put in the largest SD card I could find/afford (16gb?) to actually save al

Thank you for the ideas. I have added them to the feature list. I will see what we can come up with based on your suggestions. The difference between vps/dedicated/cloud is really hard to recommend these days. It's also getting all mixed up

The change (as far as my understanding goes) is it requires authenticated requests. I don't think it should be an issue, it just means doing everything with Oauth.

Right now it's very US centric. As far as covering other countries, possibly on other english speaking countries like the UK. I am not sure I am ready to expand into analyzing other languages, so that would be a major issue for expanding to

That's a fair criticism and concern. From what I observed most companies are interacting on Twitter and some do it better than others. Do you have any ideas on how to improve the system? I know my way isn't perfect and I am always looking

You're absolutely right. Honestly, the hosting recommendation tool is designed more for people that don't know anything about hosting right now. Making good suggestions for developers is hard. It's one of the things that definitely needs im

Honestly, like SEO, it will be a game of cat and mouse. It's pretty easy to see big changes if a company gets a lot of tweets. Then it becomes an investigative matter and figuring out how to find real vs fake. It's not perfect, it never wil

That is deeply disturbing. Is it showing up as new or does one have to go back and find them in the timeline when they were sent?

This has happened before. RegisterFly went under. Another registrar (I think it was godaddy) took over their customers under the auspices of icann.

Checkout http://codenow.org (Ryan@CodeNow.org) I believe they are doing this exact thing. If you have any trouble reaching them let me know, they are in my coworking space and I will help get you in contact (details in my profile).

If we're going to have a serious discussion, let's not put quotes around things and have different interpretations. Let's state exactly what we mean and talk about it.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. I get excited when companies I actually care about give me something. This just feels dirty. It doesn't even look like a choice of what company's tshirt. YC has what, 500+ companies? It seems silly to just

What happens when someone buys one in the real dns and someone else is using it in your parallel dns? Who really owns it?

You are simply ignoring reality. It's not a matter of twisting anything. "The price of a commodity when sold in a given market." There are two markets. There is a primary (unregistered) and a secondary (registered) market. This is a fact.

How I made my living has no relevance to the stupidity of your statement that you are somehow entitled to something you never owned or had any right to. There are a lot of legitimate arguments but yours isn't one.
