This might combine well with Sympy, especially to help with the var('x y z') nonsense. I think I'll install this.

I think our operating systems are going to have this stuff installed one day. It might replace most uses of the CLI.

GPT-4 is a lot better at things like that. That said, you'll either have to pay for it, or instead use some severely rate-limited but free interface you might find by asking around.

:P See https://math.stackexchange.com/questions/75130/how-to-prove-... The OP uses the derivative of sin to find the derivative of arcsin. My point was that the other way round is sort of natural as well. Thought

One technique for finding the derivative of the sin function is to find the derivative of arcsin first. The arcsin function can be expressed as the area of a certain figure, and therefore admits an expression as an integral. From this, the

I've just looked at the documentation for eigenvalues and eigenvectors in arblib. I was thinking that: - Eigenvectors are not computable in regions surrounding eigenvalue clashes. Therefore you should never compute them. - Let M be a s

Haven't looked in any depth: How does this cope with functions like f(x) = x - x? Interval arithmetic sometimes produces very conservative bounds. If done well, rigorous interval bounds seem like they could be really useful.

Which things can be embedded as low-dimensional vectors? [edit] How exactly might these be used in LLMs? Personally, I know of Word2Vec, but I don't see its relevance to LLMs like GPT.

Combining it with AutoGPT (or the ideas it's based on) and a formal prover like Lean might be the answer. Have you tried? Basically, if you don't allow GPT to iteratively write, execute, criticise and then correct its code, you wo

You can give it puzzles that require understanding cause and effect, and it'll get them right. So this comment is wrong. "Next token prediction" taken to a certain mathematical limit implies reasoning.
