Always use PDF/A-1a (Tagged PDF) which contains the text in accessible format. For many governments this a legal requirement. With tagged PDF it's easy to get the text out.

I disagree. Splitting a function up can help with readability and testability. The parent function becomes shorter and the child function can have a descriptive name. The parameters to a function are the fields that are needed for the funct

And what about the 4?00{H,HS,U} series? The 4700U has 8 cores and no threading, the 4800U has 8 cores with threading. Is that also a result of binning?

Lenin's actual writing was not the message that the regime wanted to be known. Usually, the message that gets regimes in power is not the message that keeps them in power.

I'm using Jamulus for making music with others. It has can reach latencies of < 25ms. Chatting over Jamulus is much more pleasant than talking over a video conferencing application.

Jamulus is excellent for playing music together. It has low latency and high audio quality. You can host your own server or use a public one. http://llcon.sourceforge.net/

Yesterday I discovered Jamulus for playing music together online. It has very low latency and is available on Windows, Mac and Linux. The time for sound to go from your instrument to the ear of the other participants should be 30ms at most

You can get support for implementing something like this from NLnet. Either a federated version or a 'google for git' would fit the bill I imagine. Or adding a code search feature to Software Heritage. https://nlnet.nl&

The Constant Q Transforms uses bins that are spaced on a log scale like musical notes. So the bins corresponds better to how humans perceive pitch. You wont waste hundreds of bins to the high frequencies. Calculating CQT can be roughly as f

Turtle is a very nice format to read and write RDF in. There is no same XML serialization of RDF. RDF/XML is very annoying and unintuitive to write and parsing it into triples requires a lot of work so you need a special library anyway
