No, amazingly (to me) on the repo in question, `git grep` is twice as fast as `ripgrep -w.` or the custom `rgg` function. All are less than 100ms, so fast enough.

The point is to search hidden files that are tracked by git. An example is CI scripts which are stored in places like .woodpecker, .forgejo, .gitlab-ci-yml.

XSLT and XQuery 3.0 can have type annotations and implementations can even type check based on a XSD schema. That should help with adapting to version changes in input and output formats.

Every mention of XSLT should mention XQuery. XQuery has roughly the same features as XSLT. They share the functions and data model. The syntax of XQuery is much nicer though. XSLT/XQuery 3.0 versus 1.0 is a big upgrade. It includes JSO
