I'm all for demonstrating, but if you're outside people's houses it's more than demonstrating I think. I don't have the right to go lay on my horn outside your house, and for good reason.

They should be able to demonstrate and make noise, but there is a limit to things. I cannot have a festival out on my lawn for similar reasons...

I think you'd have a very different perspective if I were to sit outside your house with a horn blasting for a few weeks straight.

You can demonstrate without keeping people up all night for weeks. If that is the only type of demonstration that gets your point across, ok, but I seriously doubt that is the case.

If you're making remote employees feel like they are not part of the team that is your failure.

I don't understand any of this. Why would it subtract from your culture if you were to hire someone who is remote? How would that impact you? It is difficult for you to work with them?

I don't mind getting a "good morning" message. Why does that bother people?

Haha yes. I have only played the lottery, maybe, 10 times in my life. But it is fun sometimes, and in my state the money goes mostly to good causes anyway.

Gambling isn't even always stupid. There are professional gamblers who have made more money than I will ever make, and maybe more than you will, too.

For that problem it could work, but it would never work for the problem that exchanges face where people get their credit cards stolen, or a government seizes some user's BTC, etc.. and the exchange gets hit with big chargebacks and ot

You can't have it both ways. If you want an exchange where you can buy crypto with USD these exchanges need to protect themselves from fraud.

No. People buy lottery tickets for a lot of reasons. It is a fun bit of escapism and entertainment that costs just a few dollars. You're making the assumption that everyone plays the lottery because they think it is a smart financial d

I would not say either of those are more successful than Linux. Absolutely not. Linux is extremely successful. Commercially? No. But the value that Linux has given the world is immense.

I agree completely. And often more frequent. It is great that people don't like online meetings. It means less meetings. I have had very enjoyable online meetings, when the meeting is useful. If you are having meetings all day, if that

Not true. Likely with high inflation the real return on your debt is positive. My mortgage returned +4.5% last year. That is a great investment!

It's also probably fine if you do not have large amounts of cash savings. Lots of people have debt. I think most or almost everyone has debt.

More than that, it is taking a decentralized tech and centralizing it. The point of this benefitting GME is because it would be a market they absolutely control (so they can get a cut of the profits). What's the point of a crypto tech
