I believe most of the proposed right to repair bills include a provision requiring manufacturers to provide diagnostic tools and replacement parts under "reasonable terms."

The ipfs.js library requests the files through WebSocket, and those various domains you see are different IPFS gateways. (for redundancy/latency I'd assume)

Those seem to be builds of Chromium, which (even if you disable Sync and Widevine) still has Google integration in some places. On the other hand, `ungoogled-chromium` is a set of patches for Chromium that removes every Google feature/
