I recently applied for an Estonian e-residency. Heres what I did: The first thing to know is that you have to physically be there to apply. I went to Estonia and applied at the local police station. I know that sounds weird but thats how yo

Gates actually addressed this[0]. The upshot is that as countries get richer, fertility rates decrease. Allowing these poorer countries to lead better lives will paradoxically lower the population increase. If you look at the western world,

I love the idea that we can make web apps just as successful as native apps, but the reality seems to be the opposite. Mobile web usage went from 20% to 14% according to flurry from 2013 to 2014. That trend could be reversed with a new move

Thanks for the suggestion. The stock android keyboard is super terrible so I'd been looking for a better one. This is by far the best I've found. Most require a large learning curving. This one feels like the iOS one but it's

Those cute web apps tend to be changing the way business and consumption is handled on a day to day basis for almost every level and every facet of the economy. The only Ponzi scheme argument is one that includes the entire western economy.

This seems like it will suffer from a very large uncanny alley of sorts where photographs and videos don't because they aren't trying to be realistic. When machine interaction gets 'her'-like, this kind of thing might be

Americans are ranked as one of if not the most generous nation by numerous stats [0]. Americans donate more of their money as a percentage of their total income than any other citizens on earth. Now, there's a lot one could say about w

I feel the same way about MOOCs and I suspect most of the audience does. I'm curious why these organizations are pushing a sort of virtual class model at all. Wouldn't it be more useful to provide lecture series on topics alone? P

I'd like some citation to the 'less than 10%'. The best I can do is find some browser stats - in this case, mobile seems to be making up 17% of the browser user agents as of July. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki&
